Because every item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.
However, we’ll always make it right if something’s wrong with your order.

We’ll replace or refund your order if:
✅ You received the wrong item
✅ Your item arrived damaged or defective
✅ There’s a clear printing or quality issue

To request a replacement or refund:
Please email support@critterlane.com within 30 days of purchase and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

Eligible items must be unused and in original condition.
