Made-to-Order = No Returns or Exchanges

Every Critter Lane tee is made just for you. That means we don’t offer returns or exchanges unless we mess up.

Before you order, double check your:

  • Product style
  • Size (use our size chart + “What’s My Size?” guide)
  • Color

If We Mess Up, We Fix It. Fast.

Wrong shirt? Off sizing? Bad print? Hole in the tee?

We’ve got your back.

Report the issue within 30 days by emailing support@critterlane.com with:

  • Photos of the issue
  • Size measurement photos with a tape measure

If it’s our fault, we’ll replace or refund immediately. If the sizing is within 1” of the chart, we may offer a partial refund.

Oops — Placed the Wrong Order?

Contact us within 24 hours of ordering. We begin production fast, so we’ll do our best to fix it.

Shipping Errors / Address Mistakes

If your order is returned due to a wrong or incomplete address (ex: missing apartment number):

  • If it was our mistake → we pay to re-ship
  • If it was yours → you’ll need to pay the USPS re-ship fee

If USPS delivers it to the wrong place and it’s not returned… we can’t retrieve it.

Please triple check your shipping address — especially when using Apple Pay.

Heads Up for Apple Pay + Hotmail Users

  • Apple Pay often auto-fills old addresses — double check before submitting!
  • Hotmail emails tend to send our messages to spam. Please check your junk folder or, honestly, consider switching to Gmail.
