What if you mess up my order?

We fix it fast. Email [INSERT EMAIL] with photos if it’s wrong, defective, or badly sized.

Wrong size, but I didn’t ask for help before ordering?

We can’t offer refunds/exchanges if you didn’t ask us sizing questions beforehand.

Made a mistake on my order?

Email us within 24 hours and we’ll try to fix it.

Wrong shipping address?

If it was our fault — we pay to re-ship.

If it was yours — you’ll cover USPS re-shipping cost.

Hotmail or Apple Pay?

Hotmail hides our emails. Apple Pay often uses old addresses. Double check everything!
